Job Description
- Setup, configure, manage and troubleshoot computing hardware including but not limited to: laptops, desktop computers, active passive network components.
- Install, configure, manage, administer, and maintain MS Server (Windows 2008, 2012, 2012 R2) /MS Professional OS (Win Win7, Win8, and Win 10) and other MS OS versions.
- Assists with administrating Active Directory, Exchange Email Servers, Azure and Office 365 Admin Portals.
- Install Complex Software for Desktop Management, this includes Asset Management, Remote Control, Software Delivery, Anti-Virus and Device Management Software, Desktop Maintenance, and Help Desk management.
- Creates and installs packages and deploying system updates.
- Basic knowledge and skills for updates and firmware upgrades for sites switches, firewalls, access points and other connectivity hardware.
- Assist and support End Users on the use of their software and hardware.
- Investigates and resolves routine hardware and communications problems.
- Performs and verifies system and data backups on servers.
- Assists Network Management including development implementation of wiring configuration standards connectivity solutions, overall network operation systems, network software, server hardware configurations, network file systems and directory structure. LAN/WAN System integrity and security.
- Assist Group IT Manager by recommending purchases of hardware and software needed to operate the network, servers, and desktop PCs.
- Assists in evaluating end user needs and recommends appropriate equipment and software configurations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university in Egypt.
- Residents of Red Sea Governorate, (Hurghada) are preferable.
- Max age is 30.
- Experience is from 3-4 years in IT field.
- IT certification in networks and IT systems is preferred.
- Very good practical experience in technical support of workstations software.
- Familiarity with network access control.
- Wide knowledge of IT principles.
- Very good command of the English language, both writing and speaking.
- Excellent Team Work spirit.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented skills.
- Multitasking skills.
