Job Description
- Monitoring the daily and monthly transaction for all inventory movement.
- Review inventory costing, maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Reconcile the discrepancies between vendors invoices, PO’s and stock receipt.
- Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies.
- Review & control coding and grouping inventory items.
- Conduct inventory control audits, variance analysis and physical inventory count reconciliations.
- Review and resolve issues with inventory transfer orders.
- Review the cost allocation per project of the material.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 3-5 years’ experience same job, or related position, field of Experience in IT or contracting is required.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP will be preferable.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Field of Experience: Contracting is a MUST.
- Must be results-oriented, able to manage timelines and proactively communicate.
