Job Description
- Achieve the target of her income
- Follow-up the new members and Help them in the selection of appropriate training programs
- Use of all the modern methods of training that lead to the achievement of the renewals for membership of the trainees
- Evaluate the performance of the members to determine the strengths and weaknesses to choose the appropriate training programs.
- Guide the trainees on the five correct training methods and to intervene to prevent any possible injury
- Implement the provided service apace to the client in a decent manner and follow the professional bases in dealing with members
- Ensure that the EMS equipment are used properly to avoid any damage to the equipment.
- taking into consideration the security and safety factors of the training process to avoid any injuries to the trainees and to immediately report any unsafe conditions or dangerous behavior as well as any incidents, impending accidents or work injuries
