Responsible for hands-on designing, implementing, modifying, troubleshooting, testing, and debugging Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP software product using X++ programming language.
Demonstrated experience with performance tuning of customized code and monitoring practices to ensure ongoing performance
Manage the research of technical solutions to meet strategic business objectives.
Demonstrate the ability to work systematically and logically to analyze situations, resolve problems, identify causes and anticipate implications.
Interface with Microsoft and 3rd party vendors for installation and technical support as needed.
Break down functional requirements into technical designs, development tasks and execute to completion.
Ability to prioritize work and spend time on the most important, business-identified concerns.
Maintain regular contact with internal customers to anticipate, identify and respond to their needs and expectations.
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment

Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or information systems
Certifications for Dynamics AX.
At least 5 years direct proven experience implementing Dynamics AX configuration and code.
Solid Windows OS skills and Microsoft SQL database experience
Knowledge of enterprise-level applications, including ERP, data warehouses, etc.
Three (5) Plus years of experience developing in MS Dynamics AX 2012; experience with R3 a plus
understanding of application development life cycle and large-scale software implementation methodologies; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX full life cycle implementation
3 - 5 years’ development using X++ in Dynamics AX
Experience with Object Oriented language; In Example: C#, VB, Java, and .Net Framework.
Technical and functional knowledge of MS Dynamics AX 2012 and supporting Microsoft Technologies including SQL Server, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SharePoint, and Visual Studio
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2008/2012 and database design with a deep understanding of the table structure and relationships within Dynamics AX 2012.
Proficient with AX workflow and security development techniques and data migration
Experience integrating AX with external systems
Experience in maintaining multiple Dynamics AX environments.
