Job Description
Providing day day-to-day administrative support through activities such as:
- Preparing agendas and briefing materials for meetings; attend meetings and record minutes with action items and carry out appropriate follow ups
- Maintain strong working relationships and act as the main point of contact with clients, and employees
- Conduct research, compiling data and preparing documents to provide in preparation for meetings
- Document management – file and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports
- Performing administrative responsibilities including maintaining filing systems and databases, managing schedules, booking meetings and travel, processing incoming/outgoing mail, recording and distributing meeting minutes;
- Provide general administrative duties and support or drive ad hoc projects as required
- Maintain the strictest confidentiality and integrity.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- University degree (Business English or Alsun or Literature English);
- Professional English level written and oral communication skill.
- Advance user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to compile reports, letters, presentations, charts and graphs.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize a heavy workload, possess creative problem skills, and be solutions focused
