Job Description

  • Handle all sorts of queries relating to our products and services
  • Listen attentively to support, offer solutions and alternatives
  • Establish and maintain complete complaint files and databases for all customer complaints, according to established company procedures.
  • Complaints  may include complaints by product type, reason for complaint, customer, or specific time periods.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve customer’s inquiries within a timely manner
  • Handle and follow up on customers’ complaints
  • Value customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Problem Solving
  • Good Communication skills  
  • Have the right attitude and flexibility
  • Fast learner and self-motivated
  • Previous experience as a Customer support agent, Call Center agent is a Must  
  • Customer service skills.
