Job Description

  • Main duties to keep office running smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Answering/redirecting phone calls
  • Meeting/greeting clients
  • Managing daily/weekly/monthly agenda, arranging meetings and appointments
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Workflow Traffic control including holding the schedules of the art department and who’s doing the job and at which stage and also have the deadlines for deliveries to client
  • Organizing induction days for new employees
  • Attending meetings with senior management

Job Requirements

  • Females only
  • 3+ year experience
  • Advertising background is preferred
  • Excellent Arabic and English written and verbal
  • Advanced communication, presentation, computer, language and organizational skills
  • Work under pressure
