Responsibilities:
- Deploy, support, maintain, and troubleshoot complex custom web applications across multiple environments, including production.
- Be part of a production systems team that supports 100+ production enterprise web applications 24x7.
- Automate complex operational tasks using common scripting utilities.
- The work week generally consists of 40 hours on-site including core office hours, with some after hours and on-call support as needed.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Systems administration: Active Directory, policies, monitoring.
- Strong understanding of Web Services and Service Oriented Architecture.
- Document and communicate complex information well using MS Office
- Advanced experience providing operational support to custom-built . Net enterprise web applications (deploying, maintaining, supporting, troubleshooting)
- Strong Knowledge and experience with Windows 2012/2016 Server Administration
- Strong Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
- Ability to organize and plan work independently
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams
- Must have excellent inter-personal skills to be a super teammate, and ability to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Additional hours and after-hours support are required periodically.
