Job Description
We are interested in candidates that can combine operational, agricultural, safety and quality control experiences to run the farm operations. Candidate will be required to coordinate with the Agricultural, Logistics, Procurement, sales managers to execute the company's plans. The candidate would be required to implement procedures to manage :
- Employees safety measures
- Part time workers scheduling.
- Accommodation facility and company assets on site
- Maintenance procedures, equipment scheduling to meet operations needs.
- Plan on site expansion projects including new lands coming into production, on site post harvest handling including packing, cooling facilities.
- Coordinate hiring plans, compensation and bonus plans for on farm employees with the GM.
- Increase on farm revenue through small community serving projects/outlets and/or on farm POS
Job Requirements
- Entrepreneurial skills, willing to take risks to achieve their goals.
- Ability to think out of the box
- Ability to work with different levels of educational backgrounds
- Ability to work under pressure during harvest seasons for extended 30-45 days in a row.
- Active, Energetic and in love with the outdoor.
