Job Brief
- To carry out general financial accounting and administrative duties in relation to accounts payable and purchases, to help the company achieve its financial and business objectives.
Job Scope
- Responsible for the preparation of general accounts entries and record them on the computer system.
- Review account balances.
- Responsible for Registering and tracking assets and make monthly depreciation.
- Familiar with the leasing systems.
- Prepare monthly financial Statements for the company.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in the Real Estate Field is a must
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the same role
- Previous Work Experience in taxes is a must
- Good Communicator and teamwork player
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
