Job Description
- Sets the annual / quarterly / monthly sales objectives and ensure their alignment with that of Egypt and the FLMs
- Review and approve the goal setting per FLM's team member and continuously monitor their performance, highlighting & reporting progress, identify gaps , discuss and approve corrective actions
- Set and conduct the periodical sales review meetings with the teams, inviting when appropriate the relevant partners e.g. trainers, marketing etc.., and report KPIs.
- Observe to ensure implementation of sales strategies, tactics and promotional plans.
- Provide formal feedback and market intelligence the superiors, marketing , trade departments of the principal company.
- Keep an effective & open communication channels vertically & horizontally, within the business unit and the intercompany different functions.
- Keep an effective & open communication channels outside the business unit e.g. Key accounts, KOLs, etc
- Review the stocks of different distribution channels with the objective to secure the ongoing safety stocks and collaborate with the principle company the supply process. Reporting the status to the field force & superiors.
- Prepare and submit to her/his superior the required reports as requested and in the due time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical Science- Human or Veterinary Medicine or General Science
- 7 Years of experience in Pharma industry
- Including at Least 3 years as FLM
- Good command of English language
