Job Description
- Manage relationship with mobile operators for implementation of RBT services in the MENA region.
- Updating the Music Catalogue by collecting the files, images and updating the metadata sheets.
- Uploading the RBT files on different operators either manually or using the bulk method by creating the bulk excel sheets and accessing the upload platforms.
- Communicating with the RBT operators to inform them with the new batches.
- Handling the takedown tasks or the data modification tasks (on excel sheets and interfaces) and communicate with the RBT operators in case needed.
- Handling the data definition tasks which is completing the missing artist names from the RBT reports and linking the titles to their contracts to collect the revenues.
- Communicating with the new content providers and operators in order to set the content delivery methods and communicating the process with the technical teams in order to take any needed actions
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and business fields in Telecom VAS or Digital domain.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MS/BS degree from reputable university.
- Fluent in English writing/speaking is a plus
