Job Description
- Responsible for getting the best price with the best quality in order to get the potential project and finalize the ongoing projects on time.
- Divide the tender into minimal items such as plumping – electric and structure in order to start the pricing process.
- Send the different items to the different sub-contractors & Suppliers in order to get the price offer.
- Collect the price offers from different sub-contractors & Suppliers to make the needed comparison and analysis in order to get the best price with the best quality.
- Break down all the items in order to get the final acceptable price.
Job Requirements
- Experience as a tender Engineer is a must
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil-Arch.)
- 2-4 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Auto CAD
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills
