Responsible for supporting all financial systems implemented in the group.
Receive all finance users calls about the problems and queries related to the financial systems implemented in all territories of the group thru email messages.
Investigate the problems, solve them, and suggest the corrective action and suggest the procedure or the controls/validations that prevent the problem from occurring again.
Respond to financial systems queries/problems with professional solutions either through email messages or over the phone and provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to the financial systems.
Analyze call logs to spot trends and underlying issues and report it to Group Financial Systems Support Manager to take the correct action.
Monitor and analyze the interface financial transactions failed in posting to books and identify the root cause of the problem to solve it.
Implement plans to ensure that the implemented systems are functioning accurately.
Analyze monitoring data and identify issues and report it to Finance Systems Development/Implementation team.
Responsible for security administration of all territories.
Coordinate systems user training
Lead communication process between finance and software development team

2-3 years’ experience in ERP Support Finance Module
System Analysis background
Database knowledge
Automated financial systems Knowledge
Good command of Excel
Excellent command of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented
High numerical aptitude
Ability to contact different parties with different approaches and cultures within the multinational business community.
