Job Description
- Oversees the projects controls for engineering and construction projects.
- Manages projects' planning, scheduling, cost estimating, monitoring and quality review,
- Evaluates projects labor cost, and manpower requirements against budget constraints.
- Manages complete financial cycle such as vendor purchase orders, client, cost proposals and invoices.
- Provides support to track project progress and performs analysis of bottlenecks, trends and critical path.
- Advises and consults on the application of effective planning techniques and controls (earned value, cost and schedule variance, estimates at completion, etc.)
- Identifies and communicates project risks and develops mitigation plans.
- Prepares project status presentations, highlighting key accomplishments, risks and changes.
- Monitors and controls program compliance in respect of the projects contractual obligations.
- Ensures the Project controls team produce weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and company reporting calendar, providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering.
- PMP is a must.
- MBA is preferable.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Project Controls & Management in a similar field.
- Proficient in Primavera, AutoCAD, and other related programs.
- Proficient MS Office.
- Excellent command of English Language (written & spoken).
- High communication & presentation skills.
