Job Description
- Negotiate with local and international suppliers for contractual agreements on fixed prices, delivery terms, and standard quality
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
- Assist in developing plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers
- Follow up on goods/services delivery within the Purchasing Order
- Preparing Weekly reports
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience ( 1/3) years
- Excellent English skills
- SAP user
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies
