- Communicating with customers coming through various communication channels like phone call, emails, Whatsapp, social media platforms FB & Instagram.
- Working with CRM to manage all relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Responding to customers’s queries.
- Understanding & processing customer requests.
- Forwarding complaints to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Fast learner and tech-savvy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent command of English (If your English is not fluent, please do not apply)
- Excellent computer skills & command of Microsoft office.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Multitask performance and capable of achieving tasks.
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
