Analyze and identify training needs of the company using performance appraisals (TNA), objectives of the company’s, Assessment Center, to ensure maximum effectiveness and impact of the Chosen Programs
Measure the impact of training programs and calculate the return on investment(ROI)on the basis of its evaluation to ensure their effectiveness
Develop variety of learning methodologies and solutions to enhance knowledge management approach efficiently.
Design and organize appropriate training programs both internally and externally, to ensure that meet the training objectives
Supervise learning plans and projects implementation, to accomplish preset objectives in accordance with the standards and due dates.
Develop training procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 quality system, as well as overseeing the conservation of training quality documentation to be consistent with established quality standards.
Supervise & develop Academy LMS and other learning channels to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs
Supervise the branding plan of academy internal & external programs & activities using various communication channels such as social networking to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the internal and external customers to support a positive environment for learning
