Job Description
- Conduct job analysis interviews (or any other method).
- Creates, updates, and edits job descriptions.
- Translate key performance indicators into measurable
- Hold job evaluation exercise and reflect it on the whole package.
- Helps in organization chart and carry on any updates.
- Effectively creates, updates and translates performance appraisal forms.
- Works closely with managers and supervisors to collect scores on time.
- Timely maintains the electronic performance support system.
- Assists in creating job aids.
- Assist in Re-engineering related work.
- Assists in conducting needs assessments and needs analysis.
Job Requirements
- Education: BA from a reputable University.
- Experience: Proven experience within this track not less than 5 years, within manufacturing environment.
- Have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to accomplish the above tasks.
- Very Good in English Language
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Age: 30 years maximum.
