Job Description
Manages the Modern Trade and Pharmacy Channels and achieves the company vision.
- Delivers company growth plans in the modern trade and Pharmacy to achieve overall company business plan.
- Delivers company net income and P&L in modern trade and Pharmacy as per annual business plan agreed.
- Manages the daily sales operation for Modern trade and Pharmacy to achieve the company monthly and annual goals.
- Deploy all Key Account, pharmacy & E-commerce new methodologies in trade (category captain, category management, customer segmentation and customer investment P&L).
- Responsible of developing the customer relationship in modern trade and pharmacy to achieve a win-win partnership including current and future investments.
- Manage the direct report team on business fundamentals including annual and monthly forecast, trade investment by type of customer and new initiatives.
- Handling new launches from sales perspective (pricing, visibility and customer share plans).
