Job Description

  • Determine price schedules and discount rates.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales activities.
  • Coordinate & Implement activities involving sales of products, services.
  • Confer with potential customers regarding services/product needs and advise customers on types of services/products to purchase.
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
  • Implement activities such as sales promotions, marketing materials, etc. coordinating with other department heads as required.
  • Solicit customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community.
  • Work with the Quality department to ensure the highest standards of customer service and company image are implemented.
  • Generate more sales, sell products & services, and get more business.
  • Approach new and potential clients.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Tourism & Hotel Management and Reservation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Very Good command of the English Language.
  • Excellent Negotiation skills.
  • A positive, confident, and determined approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Travel & Tourism Industry.
  • Presentable.
  • Hard worker.
  • Team Player.
