Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive testing of websites and mobile applications, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing.
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform regression testing to verify resolved issues and ensure that new features do not introduce new problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products.
- Analyze test results, provide feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall quality of websites and mobile applications.
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in web and mobile application testing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist, specifically in testing websites and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated testing tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
