Job Description
- Maintenance & configuration of all company computers in Head Office or out stations.
- Maintenance & configuration of network & equipments like including Wifi, attendance & cameras and assuring that its working perfectly in Head Office & outstations.
- Troubleshooting & configuration for ADSL internet in Head Office & out Stations.
- Installation, maintenance & configuration of cameras in Head Office & out stations.
- Mail server support in Head Office & out stations.
- Troubleshooting & configuration of internal & external landlines in Head Office & outstations.
- Purchase new equipments & spare parts after collecting offers choosing the best & making the deal.
- Prepare report regarding delivery of equipments to users.
- Creation of Pass App for users & deleting it.
- Responsible for configuration, maintenance & renewal of firewall system (Network Security).
- Maintain user’s mobile phones, software, emails (IOS, Android).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline.
- Basics of computers & network fundamentals.
- 7-10 years of experience in same position.
