Job Description
Data Entry in ERP-HR system. In summary he/she will be responsible to do :
- providing assistance to Human Resources manager and professional staff in the compilation of routine reports
- assembling documentation for classification reviews
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as data entry clerk
- Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
