Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Write, develop, and strategic online content production and scheduling.
- Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles.
- Create and implement a social media marketing plan and editorial calendar.
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes.
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
- Create Online Marketing Campaigns.
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- It is better to have the ability to work in the field of psychiatry
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Proven work Experience with Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snap Chat, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn, Youtube channel)
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Consulting, writing, editing (photo / video / text), presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
