Job Description
- Develop a deep product expertise to understand the strategic and tactical requirements .
- Create a clear 3-year vision for the segment and define the R&D, clinical, marketing and sales requirements associated with it, including establishing clear strategy for the segment
- Gain deep understanding of the portfolio at play within the segment and define appropriate strategy and tactics to accelerate growth and minimize any threats
- Analyzes reports and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends. Works with finance to manage the annual and quarterly forecasts.
- Manages a range of projects and programs that support our strategic and tactical efforts, including market research studies, development of customer-facing commercial assets (brochures, clinical whitepapers, customer testimonials, educational videos), and creation of new reports to analyze progress in building the business
- Help develop annual plan with quarterly tactics executed and measured.
- Develop a deep understanding of Orthodontists across the globe through market research, customer visits and close relationship with key customers
- Develop and execute downstream marketing plans including branding, positioning, messaging to pricing and launch campaigns
- Participate and contribute in developing training plans and training content to support product adoption
- Serve as a product team lead on product development committee for assigned projects

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA highly preferred
- 8- 10 years of progressive product and brand marketing experience with preference for experience in medical devices.
- Excellent record in establishing solid business relationships with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in matrixed organization and ability to influence cross-functional resources.
- P&L and revenue accountability where objectives were delivered consistently over time
- Experience in implementing digital marketing strategies to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Experience in the dental industry and orthodontics in particular
