Job Description

  • Work on purchasing needs/requests in company head office and sites
  • Research for potential vendors in consideration of product quality and cost
  • Maintain relationships with existing vendors/suppliers to ensure continues smooth supply 
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers/vendors
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in order to get the best deal
  • Maintain purchasing information and records 
  • Ensure that all administration and documentation of purchasing processes are compliance with company policy

Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work in the company head office and sites
  • Experience in purchasing in Constructions field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
