Job Description
- Handle full accounting responsibilities for assigned projects, including invoicing, payment follow-up, and cost tracking.
- Manage project-related financial records and documentation accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to projects, including reporting and internal communication.
- Prepare and manage petty cash / project cash requirements, ensuring availability of required cash based on project needs and planned activities
- Ensure timely coordination with Project Managers, Finance, and Procurement teams.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal control procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Accountant or in project-based accounting.
- Ability to anticipate project cash needs in advance and coordinate required funding accordingly.
- Ability to track project workforce, including overtime hours, and provide accurate attendance and overtime sheets to the HR department.
- Good command of English language (written & spoken).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow up on project financials and admin tasks.
- Experience with ERP / Accounting software is a plus.
