Job Description
Main Responsibilities
· Ensuring the overall IT environment is running and functioning properly in the bootcamp facility
· Ensuring the IT equipment’s receiving & delivering processes are running correctly.
· Building a good network and relationship with online training services providers.
· Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems, applications and tools.
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
· Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware & software faults.
· Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
· Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
· Monitoring Internet services and ensuring no misuse.
· Testing and evaluating new technology.
· Participate planning, administrating and troubleshooting IT environment and devices.
· Operation of the boot camp facility on daily basis.
· Supervise the work of 1 Bootcamp Admin Assistant and 2 Outreach field Officers
Job Requirements
Language Skills:
English: Excellent written and spoken
Arabic: Excellent written and Spoken
Computer Skills:
• Excellent Computer literacy (software & hard ware)
• Excellent in dealing with e-learning platforms
Requirements for the position
· At least 3 -5 years of previous relevant experience
· Sensitivity to needs of vulnerable individuals
· Demonstrated community outreach experience
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to work with highly vulnerable groups
· Awareness about the security context and political situation in Egypt for refugees
· Able to work effectively within a team and/or individually
· Well organized with strong time-management skills
* Ability to work under pressure
