Job Description

  • Supervising and follow-up with sales representatives to know the new tenders related to the company's products
  • Supervising the fulfillment of the terms of the products in the terms of reference and ensuring their validity for our products by communicating with department managers
  • Supervising the achievement of the general conditions required in the brochure by the company, following up on the sales coordinators in the work of paper items (technical envelope - financial envelope), and following up on their validity.
  • Preparing the request for issuing letters of guarantee, following up on their validity, and making sure that they are written down on the ERP program.
  • Analyzing tender information to make a summary of the current situation and rate of development in the tender procedures
  • Supervising the follow-up of the procedures of the trust merchandise with third parties and cases and vice versa, and the delivery of invoices to customers
  • Supervising the follow-up of the supply orders supplied to the company and ensuring the completion of the extraction of their invoices to be delivered to the customer.
  • Supervising the work of making an inventory of inactive supply orders, identifying the reasons for not supplying them, and finding effective solutions.
  • Follow-up supervision of customer correspondence to solve problems related to the sales support department.
  • Performing all required sales analyzes such as (delegates sales analysis with the sales target and with the sales area coverage...etc.)
  • Defining the items and prices on the program and opening customer profiles.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from Reptuble university.
  • Experience not less than 10 years in the same field or similar fields.
  • Experience not less than 5  years in Customer Service.
  • Previous experience in the trading and distribution field
  • SAP background is preferable or any other ERP system.
  • Ability to prepare periodic reports
  • Good computer knowledge
  • The ability to solve problems
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Teamwork skills
