Job Description
- Assist IC manager in department plan.
- Assessing AS IS process of Admin cycle and identifying the weakness points and risks areas.
- Preparing risk register including controls to mitigate these risks.
- Ensuring the company policy and procedures are applied and determine the commitment degree.
- Managing and supervise and assign tasks to internal control team.
- Preparing IC audit programs.
- Conducting review Admin purchases cycle every month to provide assurance of accuracy and adequacy.
- Validate the purchases prices in the market.
- Conducting physical counts on admin warehouse.
- Reviewing engineering dept including but not limited (percentage of completion of the projects, subcontractors, constructions purchases …).
- Conduction compliance report related to admin and legal including (issuing and renewal branches and warehouses licenses, legal cases position…)
- Reviewing regular monthly maintenance plan and emergency tasks (repair – new items, scarab).
- Reviewing the securities strategies, activities, and performance.
- Prepare satisfaction survey.
- Document and propose work flow for these services.

- Min 9 years of experience in internal control, auditing field and preferable Admin.
