Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Alfapeople Middle East is looking for Microsoft CRM Department Lead with 5 years of experience as a department lead , CRM Department lead will be responsible for growing the CRM practice while managing client projects, creating processes, and building a collaborative and productive team,

CRM Department lead will have the opportunity to take ownership and assist with the delivery of these high-profile business solutions. Also will be responsible for designing the necessary Dynamics 365 customizations and extensions, to be delivered by the team of functional consultants and dedicated technical consultants..

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Lead, manage and hold the team accountable to its commitments.
  • Peer review the work of your team members, monitor their KPIs and report performance gaps.
  • Provide excellent customer service to external clients and internal team members
  • Promote an integrated business application environment with Dynamics CRM and ERP products to clients
  • Help our clients maximize their software by providing the right technical solutions and resources
  • Participate in pre-sales activities to ensure clients understand the value of CRM
  • Develop internal process and implementation strategies to deploy CRM to clients expectations
  • Manage escalations and provide engagement management to client projects
  • Recruit and acquire top-notch team members for the practice
  • Manage the consulting pipeline and backlog to maintain billable time within the team
  • Develop relationships with key Microsoft contacts and other referral partners
  • Practice the Stoneridge Software methodology in all implementations
  • Set aside time for self-development by attending training or self-learning on key subjects

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor s degree, preferably in Management or IT-related field
  • Microsoft Certified
  • 7+ years CRM software experience
  • Proven success managing a team
  • Ability to travel to client sites when requested
  • Experience in leading design, development and delivery experience across the Dynamics 365 landscape
  • Experience in team leadership
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, core modules and technologies

  • A highly ethical & disciplined personality.
  • Superior people skills, team-oriented and very personable.
  • Ability to build, inspire and work in teams.
  • Very good English is written and spoken.
  • Excellent computer skills (Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
