Job Description
- We are a recruitment platform that generates candidates from leading UK Job Boards & Social Media. We currently have a team of customer service agents and candidate processing specialists working remotely from Egypt.
- We are seeking a highly driven, hard-working and independent worker to work closely with the Team Management to help conduct employee performance reviews, quality check the processes & calls and introduce the right performance KPIs.
- The individual must be comfortable creating processes from scratch and working without clear direction.
- Create & iterate ontraining presentations to deliver to the Egypt team across all tools systems & processes.
- Create performance KPIs across ‘calling’ team, ‘messaging’ team, ‘candidate selection’ Team & ‘job board’ Team.
- Monitor, review & give feedback to members on calls & messages. (25% of time & weekly hour-long review of each team member).
- Develop maintain and integrate on calling scripts with London team according to quality & performance analysis of existing team.
- Manage Workpuls system & CircleLoop for monitoring agent productivity.
- Create development plans for team members in order to improve and get better.
- Development of situational calling scripts and when they should be used.
- Presenting statistical performance analysis and recommending solutions.
- Design and review policies related to employee performance.
- Identify, report, and resolve workplace or interpersonal barriers to performance.
- Setting performance objectives and updating as necessary
