About our client:
- Our client is a real estate company based in Knoxville, Tennessee, USA. They are specialized in creating win-win situations for homeowners that need to sell their home fast.
Job Scope:
- As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
- For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.
Key Duties:
- Communicate with both new and existing leads.
- Buildlistsfor the leads.
- Manage tasks on Podio (CRM system).
- Set appointments for acquisitions and dispositions team.
- Submit a daily report reflecting the status of the leads.
- Manage website chat support.
- Carry out other necessary admin tasks.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Full English fluency (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
- Hands on experience in customer service, data entry, admin support, email support, and phone support.
- Previous experience with Real Estate investing or the BPO industry is a plus.
- Proficient user of Excel & Google Docs.
- Ability to work from 9 am to 5 pm, EST time zone.
