- Provides general support to the Recruitment department and delivers in assigned work, contributing to overall departmental goals, policies and procedures.
- Responsible for travel management related tasks including the following:
- Visa & work permit issuance
- Tickets and hotels booking
- Invoices tracking
- Contributes to Employee Engagement related activities including the following:
- PR activities
- Newsletter
- Internal Communication(Yammer)
- Event Planning
- Plans and manages their own time and work, contributing to overall on-time goals.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in German & English is a MUST
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Time Management Skills
- SAP Skills (preferred)
