Job Description
A proactive admin assistant & CRM specialist is needed for a very good opportunity to work on one of our business units where we've the exclusivity of distribution in the middle east.
- He will mainly help the operation manager on very basic daily tasks,
- Helping our customers (who are relatively not too many) in their orders, education and problems.
- Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Job Requirements
- 2+ years' experience of working on a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position
- Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets٫ particularly MS Office
- Strong phone٫ email and instant messaging communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrator or Executive Assistant will be a bonus
- Excellence in English is a must
- Ability to communicate with people from different cultures around the middle east
- Eager to learn and work on new software programs
