Job Description
- Monitor the after sales performance for ElSABA service centers (Nissan –Kia –Peugeot – Citroen –Seat)
- Root cause analysis & Recovery actions implementation for the shortfalls regarding dropped KPI’s (weekly / monthly)
- Implementing dealer operating standards evaluation programs in line with the distribute standards
- Support in after sales activities (service campaigns , proactive activity , retention programs ,loyalty activity) which reflects on the total revenue & Customer satisfaction index
- Analyzing monthly CSI results in Cooperation with the CRM dept. & set recovery action plans with the key persons
- Responsible for the collecting monthly data & reporting them to the top management (Monthly operation reports)
- Support in the network expansion (new locations / new brands )
