Job Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of salespeople.
- Developing a sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in Training & Coaching Industry (Will be BONUS).
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience managing, leading and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent English Communication.
