Job Description
- Provide Pre-Sales activity, technical support, consultation and presents the technical solution when needed to Infort Egypt Customers.
- Provide onsite Support, Field deployment and configuration of network devices, Creating Low-level design, documentation for Infort Egypt Customer projects.
- Keeping up-to-date with Networking solutions
- Complying with company policy for career path development
- Responsible for the delivery of network planning, design, implementation, and optimization services as a pre-sales consultant to enterprise clients.
- Designing & implementing technology solutions for clients that will address their needs in network Solutions.
- Monitoring network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, (configuration & troubleshooting) Implementing LAN technologies (VLAN, VTP, inter-VLAN routing, HSRP, ...)
- Work directly with customers to provide hands-on support of routers, switches.
- Preparing reports, documentations, and Network Diagrams
- Monitor network performance Manage and resolve networking issues.
- Meets with clients after their initial meeting with the sales to understand the client’s technical needs and requests
- Receives Tenders and finds technical specifications to develop into a technical and financial offer
- Do the site survey for all potential projects to ensure that the offers presented are a match to the client’s requirements and project site
- Builds relationship with vendors
- Negotiates with vendor to get the best prices for the presented offers
- Presents the technical offer to the client when needed
- Studies new technologies offered by new partners and vendors
- Searching for and meeting with consultants that can become potential partners
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Communication Engineering
- 2–4 years of experience
- Switching experience
- Previous experience creating solutions and bill of material and bill of quantity
- CCNA preferred
- Fluent in both spoken and written Arabic and English
- Ability to communicate well and work through others
- Excellent reporting skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Positive response to pressure
- Excellent research skills
- Ability to negotiate prices
- Self-Motivation
