Job Description
- Developing Initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with client (the brief) and setting project schedule.
- Determine Client’s needs and developing design concepts
- Follow Client preferences with regards to textures, colors, style, decoration…ETC and producing ‘sample’ or ‘mood’ board for presentation to client.
- Must be creative, excellent organizational skills, knowledge of products, materials, furniture and architecture history.
- Create 3D photo realistic renderings of both exterior and interior environments to suit Client’s needs, their budget and the type of the building.
- Produce high quality renderings under tight deadlines.
- Researching mood imagery and materials where appropriate.
- Report to “Design Team Leader”.
Job Requirements
- Strong modeling skills: experienced in understanding and working with architectural plans, reading and working with CAD drawing files.
- Strong scene lighting skills: skilled in visualizing, planning & arrange lighting to establish the desired style and setting of a 3D scene, skilled in defining lighting purpose, placement, direction, shape, range, color, quality, shadowing, drop-off quantity and brightness in scene, ability to maximize the efficiency of scene lighting for rendering purposes.
- Strong texturing skills: competent and able to map geometry, manipulate U Vs, adjust texture using Photoshop, create photo realistic shades.
- Strong rendering skills: proficient in rendering high-quality images at an optimal quality-to-time ratio, capable of troubleshooting and correcting any failed rendering tasks.
- Strong animation skills: experience and/or knowledge creation of walk-through or cinematography.
- Image editing skills: compositing images with tools like Photoshop & after effects, proficient in color correction, manipulating rendered images digitally to obtain final look and feel.
- Strong organizational and time Management skills particularly in handling various projects and deadlines.
- Strong Micro Soft office skills, specially Excel.
- Must have eye for design, including colors.
- Ability to work well within a fast paced, dynamic and deadline oriented environment.
- High Teamwork spirit.
