Job duties summary:
- Make an archive for all documents related to procurement (purchase orders - quotations - supplier documents)
- Review the project engineer in the description of the purchase requisition items.
- Communicate with suppliers to provide the best quotations for each item required.
- Preparing the supply order after the technical office reviewed the technical specifications and the financial management of the payment terms and arrangements.
- Prepares the required certificates after reviewing the technical office and the export department.
- Follow up the supply order until the purchased items arrive at the factory and the required certificates, and hand them over to the warehouse.
- Make visits to suppliers, if necessary, after the approval of the director of the department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Experience in the field of metal sheet
