Job Description
The Retail Sales Specialist is responsible for selling company services directly to Customers, increasing
sales volume by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
Retail sales specialist:
1. Organizes and manages all sales activities.
2. Identify and establish contact with potential customers
3. Calling potential Customers and setting appointments for visits.
4. Continuously generating potential customers and referrals from every visit.
5. Achieving the given annual targets.
6. Filling in all reports and submitting them to the direct manager as required.
7. Operating with the highest standards of personal integrity at all times.
8. Creates and tracks sales data.
9. Participates at marketing events and activities.
10. Provides customers with relevant information about services the company sells.
11. Communicates Customers feedback to technical and marketing teams in order to develop processes for
better serving customers.
12. Maintains reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback to develop customer service trends.
13. Attends and contributes training sessions.
14. Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
15. Other duties may be assigned by the management.
