Job Description

• Participate in planning and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
• Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new creative growth strategies and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to reach the requirements of each campaign.
• Develop strategies that drive customers to the website.
• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email and display advertising campaigns.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas and target audience.
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways and other digital projects.
• Advising on paid media efforts to ensure everything hums along and always have the right creative at the ready, translations and keep pushing for better results. have a geeky/analytical side that likes A/B testing and enjoys figuring out what works and why.
• Research and forecast performance trends according to the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
• Managing a high volume of daily social media posts and monitor comments.
• Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team.
• Research competitors of customers and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Devise methods and techniques for measuring customer satisfaction. 
• Monitoring our sales for each distention with the promotion manager and trying to find ways to increase sales of books and increase subscribers to acquire new users through platforms and engage our users & SMS.  

Job Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Fluent English.
  • Presentation
  • Proficient in computer skills
