Job Description
- Answer social media messages and comments on daily basis.
- Making Calls with potential customers on daily basis.
- Handling CRM on daily basis.
- Managing all community platforms (Online and Offline)
- Handling registration and follow up process of our courses.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Make sure all our programs run smoothly and our students are satisfied without any problems besides helping us gaining more qualified leads.
Job Requirements
- High Communication Skills
- Fluent in English
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
- Knowledge of online marketing
