- Performs a wide variety of tasks to assist in shaping, creating, and distributing social content across TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Generates new ideas for building account engagement and growth.
- Supports colleagues to make social content and copy compelling and platform-appropriate material daily.
- Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
- Participating in managing the content of the company's website and all company social media accounts Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Working towards the key strategic & commercial goals.
- Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to management.
- Collaborates with team members to push content from linear show coverage to social platforms.
- Regularly uses social data to inform content decisions.
- Proposed new ideas and concepts for social media content.
- Continually test and evaluate new social and content strategies, tactics, and partnerships to drive traffic to website, Engagement and reach on social platforms.
- Maintain awareness of competitor social media strategy.
Job Requirements
- A good understanding of the main social media channels such as; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,Tiktok,Snapchat
- Experience from 3 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer care skills
- Strong communication skills
- Previous marketing/social media experience
- Great research, organizational, and learning skills
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
