Job Description
- Technical duties:
- Achieve Team monthly target.
- Achieve monthly target mix that has been determined by the company (Direct and indirect sales ratios)
- Make sure that monthly or quarterly target has been achieved by all sales team not certain sales agents.
- Make sure that all sales team are maintaining relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals
- Follow up and track all team members’ leads (Marketing leads and private leads) and make sure that there is no delay on crm and if there, Leads will be rotated.
- Develop and implement training programs that teach sales agents how to generate new private clients, negotiate real estate deals, acquire financing, and properly fill out sale paperwork.
- Will meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation. They also assist team members who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
- Receive daily report from his/her team that include daily perform such as (Number of calls, expected, meetings, reservations and contracts, … etc)
- Make sure of all staff dress code as per company structure.
- Make sure of all staff attends (IN & out), missions and off days’ documentations. (Any excuse, mission and missing off … etc.
- Arrange one to one, action plans, and coaching meetings for team members.
- Provide monthly or quarterly KPI’s for team members.
