Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for promoting the university and its programs to potential students and other stakeholders. This includes developing and implementing marketing campaigns, creating promotional materials, managing the university's social media accounts, and coordinating events and tours. The coordinator will also work with media outlets to generate press coverage of the university and its events. Other responsibilities include managing the university's website, conducting market research, and tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts. The coordinator will also be responsible for managing budgets and working with external vendors to execute marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the university and its programs to potential students and other stakeholders
  • Create promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
  • Manage the university's social media accounts and engage with followers
  • Coordinate events and tours for potential students and other stakeholders
  • Work with media outlets to generate press coverage of the university and its events
  • Manage the university's website and ensure that content is up-to-date and relevant
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on target audiences and competitors
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed
  • Manage budgets and work with external vendors to execute marketing initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and marketing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in marketing and/or higher education is preferred, but not required
