Job Description
- Conduct initial phone interviews with suitable applicants, inspiring information to candidates about the company and experience.
- Responsible for the recruitment processes (posting/advertising, screening, and selection services).
- Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and test.
- Confirm the final interview date and time and follow up with candidates.
- Processing of examinations for the job and analysis candidate’s results
- Organizing and arranging the application for employment and CVs, and Keeping it
- Making special comparisons between applicants for a specific job based on CVs, employment applications t, exams, and the result of the interview.
- Sending recruitment report to top management weekly.
- Writing to successful and unsuccessful job applicants.
- Preparing an orientation program for each new employee,
- Assisting in preparation of special events such as celebrations and other office or company gatherings.
- Completing employee files and keep them in records as well as keep copies of the main documents.
- Responsible for the recruitment processes (posting/advertising, screening, and selection services).
- Follow up medical insurance procedures.
- Payroll staff audit.
Job Requirements
- HR Team Required Recruitment, Payroll, Admin, and Personnel specialist.
- B.Sc. Degree in Business administration or other related fields.
