(Apple Technical Support Specialist)

Job Description:

  • Provide Level 1 direct support for troubleshooting technical issues for Apple products, Apple IOS /MACOS.

Benefits:

Job Requirements

  • 0 – 2 years experience working in a service-oriented, technical support
  • Familiarity with Apple products and Operating Systems is Preferred.

  • Fast Learner, good multi-tasking, team work skills.
