Job Description
- Making market survey.
- Preparing market demand & specs for projects.
- Making mini feasibility study for each project before starting it.
- Making business plan for each project.
- Making unit pricing according to market survey.
- Making sales plans & payments plans.
- Making social marketing campaigns.
- Selling the residential and commercial unites (with minimum sales target 2 unites/month).
- Helping clients in creating the convenient payment plan.
- Selling lands and purchase lands in a prime location.
- Communicate with clients through our hotline.
- Posting purchasing customer services.
- Preparing presentations for owner with marketing plan.
- Preparing pricing schedules for each unites.
- Following the outsourcing sales agents.
- Following the legal department in creating selling contract for clients
Job Requirements
- Preferred to be graduated from faculty of commerce & business administration.
- 8 years + experience in real estate (5th settlement area) in a well-known company.
- Experience in selling residential units in 5th settlement.
- Experienced in business plans & feasibility studies and market survey.
- Experienced in making sales plans and pricing for unites.
- Experienced in selling lands.
- Excellent in social marketing.
- Excellent in M.S.O.
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
